Waukegan Man Suffering a Heart Attack

Bob’s client suffered a heart attack,  fractured ribs and  internal injuries after hitting the steering wheel when his car was rear ended when the at fault driver didn’t stop.

The defense argued that the plaintiff had a history of heart trouble and there is no proof that the accident caused the heart attack. Upon cross Bob rebutted by pointing out that despite his client’s prior heart problems there is probably cause to believe the crash and impact of the steering wheel on his chest was a contributing factor in his client’s injuries.
