Plaintiff alleged that he was falsely arrested and charged with drug possession. He also claimed excessive force causing him to sustain scrapes, bruises, and exacerbation of a preexisting back injury. The defense contended that the Plaintiff was in an alley known for narcotic sales and he attempted to flee when approached by the police. In addition, he was in possession of narcotics.
