Plaintiff and his son and several family friends went to Punchinello’s after a baseball game. A fight broke out and several of the friends were severely injured. The Chicago Police arrived and the Plaintiff contends that one of the officers pushed him to the ground while he was speaking to the security guard causing him to suffer injuries. The battery charge was eventually dropped and the case dismissed after the officers failed to appear as witnesses in the criminal trial.
