Upon arrival, police assert that Plaintiff exited his vehicle with a handgun in his hand and ran into his home. Plaintiff denies having a gun at any time. Plaintiff’s siblings testified that Plaintiff was in the house when the police arrived. Defense asserted that the officers were justified in entering the home and searching it because they saw Plaintiff run into the house with a gun.
