Plaintiff alleges that the police officer punched him in the face twice, breaking his nose. Office asserted that he did punch the Plaintiff but that he only punched him once in the jaw rendering him unconscious. Police officer provided lifesaving assistance after this incident when the Plaintiff had been stabbed reportedly causing the Plaintiff to apologize for suing the police officer.
