Plaintiff sustained a comminuted Lisfranc foot fracture/dislocation with resulting nerve damage, requiring four surgeries; open reduction internal fixation, removal of hardware, fusion, and repair of nerve damage. Defendant claimed that Plaintiff pulled out in front of him and he swerved but could not avoid the collision.
