Plaintiff, age 16, was a passenger in a car driven by Defendant, age 18. They stated that they were traveling in the curb lane when co-defendant, who was driving a snow plow, veered into their lane. Defendant driver of the car contended that the snow plow stuck the front of his car and caused it to go off the road, striking a light pole. The snow plow driver claimed that the driver of the car attempted to pass him on the right in the snowy/slushy conditions, there was not enough room in the right lane for a proper pass, and that the driver of the car struck his snow plow.
Verdict: $1,500 against both Defendants (the jury found the driver of the car to be 70% at fault and the driver of the snow plow to be 30% at fault)
