Man claimed that after running from police officers, one of them caught and hit him in the back of his head until he lost consciousness. He also claimed that when he regained consciousness, he was handcuffed and was being kicked in the stomach by another officer. After he was arrested and charged with gambling, vandalism, and resisting arrest, he was taken to the hospital where it was discovered that he had a minor laceration on the back of his head that required no stitches. All other testing showed no injuries. The officer contended that the man was gambling earlier and had been given a warning. When officers returned to the area, he ran. The man was arrested without incident and transported to the station where he began hitting the back of his head on the wall and door of his holding cell. When his head began to bleed, he used the blood to draw pitchforks on the walls.
